A Tracking or Label Number

The tracking number is very crucial to identify your package. This number can be found online, on your mailing receipt, on your package, even on the sales receipt. The tracking number will be between 13 and 34 characters. Example: 1692 5000 0000 0000 0000 00

Proof of Value

This component is necessary because this will proof that you have chosen the USPS services. You will need to show proof of your choosing the USPS service. Your proof can include the following:

  • Sales receipt
  • Paid invoice
  • If you have made any repairs then the statement of value.
  • Your credit card statement
  • Receipt of reconstruction of your document
  • Printouts of the online transaction

Insurance Proof

You also need to present the insurance proof. Read the following and understand what kind of documents will you need:

  • The original receipt of insurance.
  • The name and address label on the packaging.
  • A printed electronic online Insurance paper.

Proof of DamageProof of damage
